Training Computer Features:
The computer display shows several values to monitor your progress:
- Auto On/Off: The display automatically shows training values when you start exercising. If you pause your workout for 256 seconds, the display switches off, but the values are saved. They will be added to previous values when you resume.
- Auto-Scanner: After the display turns on or the Mode button is pressed, it cycles through Time, Calories, Kilometres, Pulse, Speed, and Distance, displaying each value for 6 seconds.
- Speed: Displays your current training speed in KM/H or MPH (0.0 to 99.9).
- Distance: Accumulates the distance travelled from 0.0 to 999.9. You can set a preset target distance using SET & MODE. Each press increases the value by 0.1 KM or M (up to 100), and by 1 KM or M (above 100). During the workout, the distance counts down from the preset target.
- Time: Counts total workout time from 00:00 to 99:59. You can set a preset target time using SET & MODE. Each press increases the time by 1 minute. During the workout, the time counts down from the preset target.
- Calories: Counts calories burned during exercise from 0 to a maximum of 9999. You can set a preset calorie target using SET & MODE. Each press increases the value by 1 kcal (up to 1000), and by 10 kcal (above 1000). During the workout, calories count down from the preset target.
- Kilometres: Displays the total distance travelled from 0.0 to 999.9. Press the Mode button to view this value.
- Pulse: Shows your heart rate in beats per minute during exercise.

Usage Features:
The Mobi FX 250 is designed for domestic use only and is not suitable for therapeutic purposes. It should only be used for the exercises illustrated in the instructions.
- Assembly: The appliance must be assembled by adults only. Ensure all parts are present before assembly and have the necessary tools. A clear workspace is recommended.
- Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, flat surface, protecting the floor with a mat. Maintain a safety distance of at least 0.6 meters around the appliance. Avoid humid environments.

- Pedals: Attach the left pedal strap to the left pedal (marked "L") and repeat for the right. The right pedal should be tightened clockwise and the left pedal anti-clockwise.
- Stability: Once in the desired position, adjust the knob (50) to ensure it touches the floor and the trainer is stable.

- Medical Consultation: Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have physical or health problems, or are taking medication that affects pulse, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels.
- Body Signals: Pay attention to your body's signals. Stop exercising if you experience pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea, and consult a doctor.
- Post-meal Exercise: Do not exercise immediately after meals.
Maintenance Features:
- Weekly Service: All moving parts (pedals, handles, saddle, etc.) should be serviced weekly. Check for broken or loose parts before each use and repair them immediately.
- Cleaning: Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning. Wipe surfaces with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Do not use solvents.
