Function Buttons
MODE/MODUS: To conrm all settings and to enter into exercise mode.
Up: To select training mode and adjust function value up.
Down: To select training mode and adjust function value down.
START/STOP: To start or stop training.
Display Functions
TIME
Count up — No preset target,TIME will count up from 00:00 to maximum 99:00.
with each increment is 1 minutes..
Count down - If training with presetTime, Time will count down from preset Va-
lue. Each preset increment or decrement is 1 minute between 30:00 to 99:00
minutes.
SPEED Display current training speed from 1.0 to maximum 12.00 km/hr.
DISTANCE
Count up - No preset target, Distance will count up from 0.00 to maximum
99.50km with each Increment 0.1 KM.
Count down — If training with preset target, Distance will count down from pre-
set to 1.00. Each preset increment or decrement is 0.5 KM (or ML) between 0.00
to 99.50.
CALORIES
Count up - No preset target, Calories will count up from O to maximum 995 with
each 1 cal increment.
Count down - If training with preset target, Calories will count down from preset
time to 0. Each preset increment or decrement is 5 cal from 50 to 990 cal.
PULSE
The computer is with hand—on pulse, can detect pulse signal from handgrip
while user hold the senor tight.
HEART SYMBOL: When monitor receive heart rate signal, the symbol will blinking.
Operation
Power on:
• Connect adaptor to theTreadmill , plus in and ensure the power is 220—240v.
• Check if the“safety key” is put on right position ofthe console.
Quick training:
• User can start the training by pressing the quick button of speed and incline.
• Speed from 2km/hr to 12 hr, 6 quick buttons for choice.
• Power incline from 2% to 12%, also 6 quick button for choice.
• After select the speed and incline , press „START“ may start to jogging.
• Press ”STOP”or pull out the „safety“ key to stop the training.
