Programming mode:
• This treadmill console has pre—set 12 programs for selection.
• Please consulting each programs procession on the top ofconsole for choice.
• After enter PROGRAM mode, press UP and DOWN to select prole from P1 to P12.
• By pressing MODE button to conrm and“START” it.

Caution: Make sure to unplug the treadmill before moving it.
