6. Basic Setup

For a simple connection between a computer with WAVES SoundGrid and the X32, simply connect the included Ethernet cable to the
port on the DN32-WSG, and to the computer’s Ethernet port. WAVES also supports more complex connections that allow external
processing of eects to conserve the computer’s processing. See waves.com for more details.
The yellow LED on the right side of the Ethernet port will light to indicate a 1 Gigabit Ethernet connection.
The green LED on the left side of the Ethernet port will light when connection is achieve, and blink to indicate Ethernet activity.
The NET LED will light dierent colors depending on the connection state:

Press the RESET button to return the DN32-WSG to its factory state.
