Tips for using the grinder
1. Coarse ground coee is typically used for strainers, medium ground coee
is generally suitable for drip coee pots and steam pressure coee makers,
while ne ground coee is generally suitable for pump-driven pressure coee
makers.
2. If you want to brew the freshest, most delicious coee, it is recommended to
grind enough for each use and to clean the grinding chamber, blades, and
grinding mechanism after each grind.
3. The grinder is designed for grinding dry and brittle ingredients only and
should not be used for wet, over-hard, sticky foods, peanuts, grains or
crushing ice.
4. Since fresh pepper has a strong taste, it is advisable to purchase a separate
grinder for grinding pepper so as not to spoil the taste of the ground coee.
Cleaning the grinder
1. In order to preserve the aroma of the coee and prevent the coee powder
from spoiling, it is recommended to empty the coee powder container after
each use.
2. Always disconnect the power plug from the mains before cleaning.
3. Never immerse the grinder, the power cord or the plug in water.
4. Do not use harsh detergents or scouring pads to clean device components.
5. To disassemble the upper grinding wheel, grasp the upper grinding wheel
handle and turn it anti-clockwise. Then lift it up vertically and clean the upper
grinding wheel with a cleaning brush.
Note: When using for the rst time, the idle range of the grinder is: 20-5. After
adding coee beans, you can set it to 0.
