What to do if my KlinMak RIDO 8065 Floor Machine has poor water collection?
    • G
      gsotoAug 8, 2025
If your KlinMak Floor Machine isn't collecting water well, there are several possible reasons: * The wiper might need adjusting. * Debris may be clogging the wiper. * The wiper blades could be worn. * The water collection flexible hose could be clogged, damaged or not correctly inserted in the recovery tank. * The vacuum motor inlet filter might be dirty. * The recovery tank might not be airtight due to damaged seals, or it may be full of foam. To resolve these issues, adjust the wiper, remove any debris, rotate or replace the blades, release or reconnect/replace the flexible hose, clean or replace the inlet filter, replace damaged seals, and empty the recovery tank (using less or a different detergent and an anti-foaming agent if needed).

Why is my KlinMak Floor Machine not moving forward or backward properly?
    • D
      debra15Aug 12, 2025
If your KlinMak Floor Machine isn't moving forward or backward as it should, the issue might stem from several causes: * The battery could be flat. * The accelerator pedal may not be activated. * Skidding could be occurring. * There might be a loosened motor connection, accelerator connections, or a faulty accelerator potentiometer. * A loosened seat switch connection or a faulty seat switch could also be the cause. To address these issues, check the wires and connections from the circuit board to the motor, and also check the wires and connections that go from the accelerator to the panel and to the potentiometer resistor. Check the connections and continuity of the switch. Note that the manual does not specify a solution for a flat battery.
