4.2 Hydraulic connection
In the basic configuration, two control devices and a pressure-free return flow
are provided for the hydraulics. Hoses are appropriately marked.
One cable provides the pressure supply for the control block (continuous
pressure).
The pressure-free return flow to the tank must always be ensured, otherwise
control blocks may be damaged.
The thinner cable serves to unlock the clamp cylinder.
The excavator works with an electric proportional control, which enables several
functions simultaneously. Each function can be operated from very slow to fast. To
that end, we require the entire oil volume from the tractor, whereas the speed is
only changed via the joystick.
4.3 Transport and working position
On poor roads, the maximum transport speed must be significantly reduced due to
vibrational forces.
In order to ensure safe transport, the following procedure should be used: Lift
the device completely, retract it and secure against lowering.
For transportation on public roads, the excavator is completely raised, carefully
pivoted over the cabin, and placed on a support (not included in the delivery).
