Notes on application, exportation and modification of the products
1. This unit can be used only for control of models.
The application of this unit is limited to models by the Japanese law.
Applicable models are ground surface and water surface radio control models.
2. (a) If this unit is exported from Japan, the unit cannot be used with a frequency that is not permitted
by the radio law of the country of destination.
Authorization according to the national law of the country of destination may be required.
(b) If this unit is used for an application other than for models, it may be subject to restrictions based
on the Export Trade Control Ordinance.
In this case, procedures according to the law such as submission of export permit may be
required.
3. If this unit is disassembled, adjusted or modified or parts are replaced by a person other than our
company, we are not liable for any problem including repair.
