8. USING THE KODAK PPS800
Initialization of the device
Press the button to turn on the device. It starts initialization and self-checking, and during this process, all
the icons are activated on the LED screen. After initial self-checking inished and if it functions normally,
the LED screen will turn to normal display.
USB Ports
KODAK PPS800 has 3 separate USB ports, with dierent output currents of each
one (see the technical speciication for more details). You can use dierent USB
ports according to your power request, while you are not allowed to connect
these 3 USB ports together and used to charge one device.
When KODAK PPS800 detects the USB load, the USB iconon the LED screen is
displayed and the discharging ring on the right side of LED screen starts lowing.
6mm Ports
KODAK PPS800 has two 6mm (DC6514) outputs, with the same output power of
each one. You can charge your devices by plugging into DC ports. When KODAK
PPS800 detects the load, the 12V DC icon on the LED screen is activated and
the discharging ring on the right side of LED screen starts lowing.
Cigarette Lighter Port
When KODAK PPS800 detects the load, the cigarrette lighter icon on the LED
screen is activated and the discharging ring on the right side of LED screen
starts lowing.
AC output
When KODAK PPS800 detects the load, the AC output icon on the LED screen is
activated and the discharging ring on the right side of LED screen starts lowing.
Press the AC output switch and indicator lights up: The AC output function is
active. Now all your electronics can be connected to KODAK PPS800 for using.
Press the AC output switch again to turn o the AC output. The interval between
2 starts should not be less than 5 seconds.
NOTE
When the battery capacity is below 5%, DC output functions (USB ports, 6mm ports,
Cigarette lighter port) and AC outputs will be automatically disabled.
LED Flashlight
KODAK PPS800 has an integrated LED Flashlight. It has 5 lighting modes: High bright (100% power),
Eco mode (50% power), Energy saving mode (25% power), Emergency lash and SOS signal.
Press the button once to turn on/o the light, and press gently to shift dierent modes.
