There is too little water in
the water tank.
Refill the water tank.
The ice cubes are
sticking together.
The ice-making cycle is
too long.
• Turn off the appliance and restart it
after the ice cubes melt.
• Adjust the ice cube size to small.
The temperature of the
water in the tank is too
low.
Change the water in the tank. The
water should be between 7°C–32°C.
Ice cubes are not
being dispensed after
pressing the ice
dispensing button.
The shaft for the ice
cubes is blocked.
Wait for 3 seconds then press the ice
dispensing button again.
The appliance is
running but unable to
make ice.
The ambient
temperature of the water
is too high.
• Ensure the appliance is not
operating at over 32°C.
• Pour colder water into the water
tank.
The refrigerant has
leaked.
