Measuring Cup
1. When measuring liquid with the cup, place the measuring cup
on a flat surface at eye level. If you need to add egg or milk to
the measurement, mix them together before reading the scale.
2. When measuring solid ingredients, place the solid powder into
the measuring cup, then shake the cup lightly in order to flatten
the surface of the powder, then read the scale.
Note: one cup of flour will weigh approximately 160g.
