- Rotisserie Spit Assembly: Used for roasting whole chickens or large cuts of meat. It includes a shaft, forks, and set screws. The forks slide onto the shaft and are secured with screws, with indentations on the shaft guiding placement. The solid end of the spit is inserted into a drive socket on the right interior wall of the oven, and the grooved end rests on the left interior wall.
- Wire Rack: Can be placed in three rack positions (bottom, middle, top) within the oven.
- Baking Pan: Can also be placed in any of the three rack positions.
- Air Fryer Basket: Designed with a grated surface for even air circulation during cooking. It must be used in conjunction with either the Baking/Drip Pan or on the Wire Rack, typically in the middle rack position unless specified otherwise by a recipe.
- Fetch Rack: Aids in easily removing roasted whole chickens.
