9. Pour the frothed milk into the cups containing the espresso coffee
prepared previously. The cappuccino is ready. Sweeten to taste and if
desired, sprinkle the froth with a little cocoa powder.

When frothing milk, DO NOT touch the steam wand or you will be
scalded(fig. 28).

For hygiene reasons, the steam wand should always be cleaned after
use immediately.
Turn the dial to steam position Qu) to deliver a little steam for a few
seconds. steam will deliver any milk left in its circuits.
