Why does my Kolibri Automatic Bill Counter fail to detect counterfeit notes?

The Kolibri Cash Counter might fail to detect counterfeit notes because the bills were incorrectly inserted, or the feed gap is too wide, which can occur when counting new notes with different thicknesses. Narrow the gap slightly by turning the feed gap adjuster counterclockwise one turn at a time until a suitable gap width is reached. If there's too much resistance, loosen the gap by turning the screw clockwise.
