Installation and Initial Setup:

  1. Unpacking: Remove straps, open the box, lift the carton vertically, and remove protective components. Avoid flipping or leaning the unit on its side during unpacking.
  2. Location: Position the dispenser upright on a stable, horizontal surface near a grounded wall outlet. Ensure it's protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a 10-20 cm gap behind the dispenser for proper ventilation.
  3. Water Container Installation: Fill a water container with purified water, place it in the lower compartment, and ensure the water extraction pipe is properly inserted into the container.
  4. Initial Set-up: Allow the unit to sit upright for 2 hours before plugging it in to prevent cooling system malfunctions. After installing the water container and extraction pipe, plug in the unit.
  5. Water Type Restriction: Only use clean and potable water. Do NOT use other liquids like coffee, teas, juices, or beers. Only use 3 or 5-gallon water containers.

Dispensing Hot Water:

  1. Turn on the red power switch at the back. The power lamp will illuminate, and the water pump will start.
  2. Wait 1-2 minutes for water replenishment; the water shortage indicator will light up and then turn off.
  3. The heating function starts automatically, indicated by a red heating lamp. The lamp turns off when the water reaches 85-95°C and restarts if the temperature drops.
  4. Open the upper door (right to left) to access faucets.
  5. Place a bottle/glass under the hot water faucet (red).
  6. Rotate the knob from "off" to "on" to adjust water flow. Maximum flow is at the "on" position.
  7. Rotate the knob back to "off" when the container is filled.
  8. Close the magnetic door after use.
  9. Safety Note: Hot water can reach up to 95°C; exercise caution to prevent burns.

Dispensing Cold & Normal Temperature Water:

  1. Turn on the green cooling switch at the back. The cooling system activates, and a green LED indicator on the front panel illuminates. (Note: The heating switch must also be on to activate cooling and the pump).
  2. The green light turns off when the water reaches 5-10°C and restarts if the temperature exceeds this range.
  3. Open the upper door (right to left) to access faucets.
  4. Place a bottle/glass under the cold water faucet (blue) or warm water faucet (green).
  5. Rotate the knob from "off" to "on" to adjust water flow. Maximum flow is at the "on" position.
  6. Rotate the knob back to "off" when the container is filled.
  7. Close the magnetic door after use.

Replacing Empty Water Container:

  1. When the water shortage indicator flashes, it's time to replace the container.
  2. Crucially, turn off the hot water switch at the back of the dispenser before replacing the water.
  3. Open the dispenser door.
  4. Remove the cap and extraction pipe from the empty container and transfer it to the new filled container's cap.
  5. Insert the extraction pipe into the new bottle, ensuring a secure connection.
  6. Carefully place the new water container into the dispenser.
  7. Turn on the hot water switch at the back.
  8. Close the magnetic door.
  9. Caution: If the container is not refilled, the pump will operate for up to 6 minutes and then stop automatically. Always turn off the hot switch before replacing the container.

* If a vinegar or chlorine taste persists, repeat the rinsing process with another 2 gallons of clean water.
* Return the unit to its original position and replace the water container.

Other Maintenance Safety Precautions:

  • Always turn off the power switch and unplug the unit before maintenance.
  • Keep a safe distance from charged objects.
  • Avoid cleaning the water container with detergents or chemicals harmful to health.
  • Use a damp soft cloth to wipe the outer surface, preventing water from entering the interior.
  • Descaling is recommended every three months for optimal performance.
