3 DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Disassembly.
Refer to Drawing Number E04599. Remove and retain the 5 Case Screws (200139) and lift away
the Case Top Assembly E04609. Remove and retain the 2 Screws (200104) securing the PCB
(E04557) to the Case Rear (E02737:BK), lift the PCB, remove the Cable Tie (200026) and free the
Cable (E04042) from the cable restraint pillars. De-solder the cable connections and remove the
PCB. The cable Grommet (E03701) may now be withdrawn from its housing and the cable, Case
Seal (E02541) and 5 Screw Boss Seals (E02555) removed as required.
Assembly.
Fit the Cable Assembly through the Case Rear and Grommet and terminate the connections on the
PCB noting the internal cable route and fit a new Cable Tie (200026) as shown in the detail on the
drawing. Locate the 5 Screw Boss Seals and fit the PCB into the Case Rear and secure with the 2
Screws. NB, when re-fitting self-tapping screws, the screw should be turned anti-clockwise until it
locates into the previously cut thread with an audible “click”. Locate the Case Seal into the groove
in the Case Rear, fit the Case Top Assembly and secure with the 5 Case Screws. Complete a full
functional check.
