9.3.2 [SHORTCUT SETTING]
Register frequently used copy setting for immediate recall by using Shortcut key on the control panel when
necessary.
% Press the Menu/Select key ö [UTILITY] ö [SHORTCUT SETTING].
Settings
[COMBINE ORIGINAL] [2in1] Multi-page originals can be reduced in
size and copied onto a single sheet of
paper.
For details, refer to page 5-8.
[4in1]
[SORT] [ON] When multi-page originals are copied
into multiple sets, the copies are fed
out into sets, each set containing a
copy of each page of the originals.
For details, refer to page 5-10.
[ERASE] [LEFT ERASE] Copies can be produced by erasing
shadows of punched holes, staples,
and unnecessary areas around the
original text.
If [FRAME ERASE], [CENTER ERASE]
or [CENTER+FRAME ERASE] is set,
also [BOOK SEPARATION] will be au-
tomatically set.If [OFF (BOOK SEP.)] is
selected when setting [FRAE ERASE],
[BOOK SEPARATION] cannot be set.
