Why do I smell gas when using my Konifera 70415316 Grill?
    • E
      eric76Aug 6, 2025
If you smell gas when using your Konifera Grill, first check for gas connection leaks, referring to “Checking the seals” on page GB-16. Close the gas cylinder valve and immediately replace any defective parts. Also, ensure the regulator is set to [OFF]. If the location is too windy, causing the flame to blow out, turn the control knob to [OFF], let the grill cool down, and choose a less windy location.

What to do if the burner does not ignite on my Konifera Grill?
    • C
      Cynthia TaylorAug 12, 2025
If your Konifera Grill burner doesn't ignite, start by checking if the gas tank is empty and replace it if needed. Ensure the tank valve is open. If the burners are contaminated, they need to be cleaned (“Clean burner and venturi” on page GB-22). If the ignition still doesn't work, try manually igniting the burner (“Manual igniting” on page GB-19).

Why is my Konifera Grill burning?
    • N
      Nicole MendezAug 19, 2025
If your Konifera Grill is burning, this may be due to grease residues not being sufficiently removed after each use (“After grilling” on page GB-21) or the grill is not being cleaned sufficiently (“Cleaning overview” on page GB-22). Another cause can be very greasy grilled food. To solve this, drain or pat the food dry, prepare food with a high fat content at low heat to avoid ignition and carefully remove excess dripping fat from fat drawer after cooking.

What to do if there's severe flaring on my Konifera 70415316?
    • T
      tdillonAug 25, 2025
If you're experiencing severe flaring and burning at the flame tamers on your Konifera Grill, it could be due to a heavily soiled flame tamer, so try cleaning it. Also, very greasy grilled food can cause this issue; drain or dab the food dry and prepare food with a high fat content at low heat to prevent ignition.

Why is the temperature too low on my Konifera Grill?
    • T
      Tracy WilliamsAug 30, 2025
If the temperature of your Konifera Grill is too low, make sure you pre-heat it for 5–10 minutes. Check if the burners are contaminated and clean them (“Clean burner and venturi” on page GB-22). Also, try to keep the lid closed as much as possible.
