11. Wavy tagliatelle (mafalde type)
With this mould you can get a unique and tasty pasta type: puff tagliatelle with wavy maples,
similar to the classic mafaldine.
You can enjoy them in the long or short shape, once cut at a length of approximately 2 cm.
12. Spaghettoni with triangular cross-section
With this mould you can obtain also fusilli. This is how:
Cut spaghetti to a length of approximately 6 cm and give it a helical shape.
13. Pasta sheet
This pasta sheet mould is our most versatile one. Indeed, you can use it to obtain:
- Lasagne
- Maltagliati: Cut the pasta sheet in an irregular way;
- Cannelloni: Use the pasta sheet to wrap your favourite filling;
- Stuffed pasta: Use the mould “cut and close” to create dumplings. Cut the pasta sheet
with the bottom of the opened mould and then place the circle obtained in it. Fill the circle of
dough with the desired stuffing and close the mould by slightly pressing it
