PROBLEM CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS
The device does not turn on. The power cord plug is not properly
connected to the outlet.
The dough is not extruding. Moisture - too much water was
added during kneading. Remove the
dough from the container compartment
and carefully clean the accessories
attached to the moulds. Then place the
dough back inside the compartment
and add an appropriate amount of our.
Finally, press the function keys (1 cup,
2 cups or 3 cups) depending on the
amount of nal ingredients desired then
proceed to the extrusion.
Dryness - not enough water was
added during kneading. Remove
the mould housing and soak it in wa-
ter for a few moments, then assem-
ble it again and place an appropriate
amount of water in the dough com-
partment. Press the function keys (1
cup, 2 cups or 3 cups) depending on
the amount of nal ingredients desired
then proceed to the extrusion.
The dough remains in the compart-
ment and is not extruded.
1) The dough is too moist or the our
used is too moist. Use our that has
been kept in a cool, dry place, then
proceed to knead again, scrupulously
observing the dosages indicated in the
“5. HOW TO USE” paragraph.
2) The container compartment, mixing
blade and/or extrusion line have not
been properly cleaned before use.
Proceed with cleaning as indicated in
the paragraph “7. CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE”, then proceed with
kneading again.
3) Water was added in the wrong or-
der. Carefully follow the instructions in
this owner’s guide
