3. Temperature setting:
Once the cooking mode is selected with the device paused if you want to change the cooking
temperature, press the temperature increase (5) or decrease (4) button until you reach the desired
temperature. Each press corresponds to 5°C up or down, or press and hold either key to reach the
value faster.
The maximum temperature is 200°C and the minimum is 60°C.
4. Timer setting:
Once the cooking mode is selected with the device paused if you want to change the cooking time,
press the increase (7) or decrease (8) key until you reach the desired cooking time. Each press
corresponds to one minute, or you can continue to hold down either key or hold down either key to
reach the value faster
The minimum cooking time is 1 minute the maximum is 60 minutes.
5.Pause:
In cooking mode, you can press the Start/Pause (2) button to pause cooking; the Start/Pause (2)
button light will flash. If you press the Start/Pause (2) button again, it resumes cooking from the
remaining time. If the Start/Pause button “(!)” is pressed instead, the previous cooking settings are
canceled and the appliance enters Stand by mode (without memory function).
6. When cooking is completed, 3 beeps will be heard and the indicator light (11) will turn o,
indicating that the heating element has stopped working. (Note that the indicator fan (10) will still
run for 30 seconds to cool the product), the displays (D1) and (D2) will show “---”and the indicator
light on the on/o button “(!)” will light up. After 30 seconds when the fan is turned o (indicator
light (10)), 3 more beeps will be sounded, and the fryer will return to Stand by mode.
7. Preset Menu Key:
Pressing these key switches from one cooking mode to the next in the order on the light panel.
Once the desired mode is selected, press the Start/Pause key to start operation (please note: you
can press the Start/Pause key to adjust the temperature and time only after selecting an operating
mode).
NOTE: If the basket is not in place (fully inserted) the fryer goes into safety lockout. The
indicator lights (10) and (11) of the fan and heating element are turned o, while the two
displays (D1) and (D2) remain set to the chosen cooking values as well as the chosen
cooking type key and the Start/Pause key (2)
