Each KOOPOOL non-electric product is warranted to be free of defects in material and
workmanship in the 12 months following the date of purchase.
Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, criminal activity, improper installation,
environmental factors, accidental damage, lack of maintenance or misuse.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.
At KOOPOOL discretion, a defective product will be repaired or replaced. This warranty gives
