The Koowheel D3M is an electric skateboard designed for recreational use, offering a blend of fun and freedom. It is a dual-drive hub motor skateboard, meaning it has two motors integrated into the wheels, providing a total power output of 700 Watts (2x 350 Watts). This setup allows the skateboard to reach a top speed of 35 KM/H.

Battery Specifications (Koowheel D3M):
- Battery Type: Samsung Lithium-ion
- Capacity: 5.5Ah/5500mAh
- Voltage: 36V
- Charging Temperature: 0 to 35 degrees Celsius
- Operating Temperature: 0 to 35 degrees Celsius
Usage Features:
The Koowheel D3M is operated via a wireless remote control.
- Turning On/Off: The skateboard is turned on by pressing its on/off switch once and turned off by pressing it again. The remote control is activated by moving a side slider up and turned off by moving it down.
- Speed Control and Braking: Acceleration is achieved by moving the joystick forward, and braking by moving it backward.
- Backward Driving: The skateboard can be driven backward by pressing the remote control button once. A red light on the remote indicates backward mode. It's crucial to ensure the motors are always at the back of the skateboard.
- Speed Settings: The Koowheel D3M offers two speed modes:
- Default Mode: Up to 25 KM/H. This is the automatic setting when the skateboard is turned on.
- Sport Mode: Up to 35 KM/H. This mode can be activated by pressing the on/off button 7 times consecutively.
- Battery Indicator (Skateboard): Four lights on the deck indicate the remaining battery power:
- 4 lights = 100%
- 3 lights = 75%
- 2 lights = 50%
- 1 light = 25%
As the battery capacity decreases, the skateboard's speed will gradually slow down, eventually stopping when almost empty.
- Battery Indicator (Remote Control): The remote control will automatically stop functioning when its battery is empty. A red light illuminates during charging, turning off when fully charged.
- Charging: Only the supplied adapter should be used for charging. The skateboard must be switched off during charging. The charger should be connected to the skateboard first, then plugged into a wall socket. The charger light will be red while charging and turn blue when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 3 hours for the skateboard and 30 minutes for the remote control (from completely empty).
Maintenance Features:
Regular maintenance is crucial to extend the lifespan of the Koowheel D3M.
- General Checks: Always check all bolts and screws before riding.
- Cleaning: Clean the electric skateboard with a slightly damp cloth. Prevent water or dirt from entering the electronic components. Regular cleaning after each ride is recommended.
- Battery Care:
- Prevent Overcharging: Do not charge the Koowheel D3M longer than necessary. Unplug the charger once the battery is full. Overcharging can reduce battery quality and lifespan.
- Prevent Deep Discharge: Charge the battery regularly and never allow it to discharge completely. If the skateboard is not used for an extended period, charge the battery at least once a month. The battery is equipped with a chip that registers deep discharges or overcharges. Lithium batteries require some power to maintain their life.
- Motors & Wheels:
- Prevent water, sand, or stones from entering the motors during cleaning.
- Replace the wheels covering the motors when their profile thickness is less than 3mm. Contact customer service for new wheels when this occurs.
Safety Instructions:
- Always wear protective gear, including a helmet, wrist, knee, and elbow protection.
- Verify that all bolts and nuts are tight before riding.
- Begin riding in default mode, especially if inexperienced, and gradually increase speed.
- Pregnant women and individuals with disabilities should not use the skateboard.
- Do not operate the skateboard under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Adhere to the maximum allowable weight limit (130 KG).
- Never ride with more than one person.
- Exercise caution and avoid using the skateboard for "tax breaks" (likely referring to unsafe or illegal maneuvers).
- Avoid riding in the rain or on wet roads.
- Steer clear of slippery surfaces like ice and snow to prevent accidents.
- Electric skateboards and longboards are generally not permitted on public roads.
