Additionally, close all doors and windows, and reduce heat sources in the room like computers or electronics. During sunny periods, close windows and curtains to minimize heat. If the unit has a SILENCE function enabled, try turning it off. Finally, a refrigerant leak could be the cause, so check for leaks and refill if necessary.
