  If your Koppl Lawn Mower engine stutters, it could be due to several reasons: the engine running in the CHOKE range, a loose ignition cable, a blocked fuel line or poor fuel quality, a clogged vent in the fuel tank cap, water or dirt in the fuel system, a dirty air filter, or a misadjusted carburetor. To address this, push the CHOKE lever to the OFF position, firmly push the spark plug cap onto the spark plug, clamp the ignition cable firmly, clean the fuel line and fill up with fresh fuel, replace the fuel tank cap, drain the fuel and refill with fresh fuel, clean the air filter, or have the carburetor adjusted by a workshop.
