5. Coloque el nuevo sello mecánico en el
alojamiento de la bomba manteniendo
limpia la superficie del sello. Instale el
sello mecánico en el impulsor con las
arandelas de ajuste.
6.
Instale el sello mecánico sobre el eje del motor
manteniendo limpias las superficies del sello.
7. Vuelva a colocar las arandelas de ajuste del
impulsor, la misma cantidad que antes retiró.
8. Install the impeller, and then tighten in a
clockwise direction by hand.
9. Tighten the impeller by hitting with a
soft hammer in a clockwise direction. The
impeller should be fastened tightly so that
it cannot be loosened by hand.
10. Install the front cover (with volute
casing) in the correct position on the pump
casing with O-Ring correctly placed.
11. Correctly install the front cover
and evenly tighten the right and left
knobs.
PRECAUCIÓN
Mantenga limpia la superficie del sello.
Be sure seal is set fully and correctly.
Ensure all Packings/Gaskets are installed.
