Before operation, users are strongly advised to read the entire instruction manual, paying particular attention to the safety precautions to ensure safe and correct usage.

It achieves this through a multi-capsule adapter system, allowing users to switch between various coffee formats. The machine is equipped with a heating system that ensures the water reaches the optimal temperature for brewing, indicated by steady lights on the control buttons after a warm-up period of approximately 45 seconds.

The brewing process is initiated by pressing a cup key, which allows users to select their desired brewing amount (small cup or large cup). The machine then dispenses coffee into a cup placed under the dispenser. After brewing, the used capsule or coffee powder adapter can be easily removed and disposed of. • First-Time Use and Flushing: Before initial use or after long periods of inactivity, the machine requires a flushing procedure to clean the internal piping. This involves ensuring the water tank is full, placing a large bowl under the dispenser, and pressing the lungo coffee button. The handle should be closed without a capsule inside during this process.
• Coffee Volume Setting: Users can customize the coffee volume for both small and big cups. While the machine is in normal working condition, pressing and holding either the small cup or big cup button allows the user to release it once the desired coffee volume is reached. The machine should always be unplugged before cleaning.
• Decalcification: Due to lime particles in hard drinking water, decalcification is necessary to prevent blockages and damage. This should be done after making 300 to 400 cups of coffee or every one to two months, or if the output significantly decreases. The process involves using a commercially available decalcifier (diluted according to manufacturer instructions) poured into the water tank. A large bowl should be placed under the dispensing head to collect residues. The lungo button is pressed to run the decalcifying water, repeating until the tank is empty. This process is repeated with another tank of decalcifying solution, followed by flushing the internal circuit with a tank of fresh water to remove any remaining solution. Vinegar should not be used for decalcification as it can cause damage and affect coffee taste.
• Self-Priming Procedure: If the machine has difficulty pumping water, especially after long pauses, a self-priming procedure can be performed. This involves removing the water tank, inserting a hose into the water inlet at the bottom of the tank, injecting a small amount of water into the hose, and then pushing a pump down to force water into the machine and clear air from the pipe.

• Be aware of the sharp needle in the capsule adapter and avoid putting hands or fingers near it, especially after the adapter is removed.
• The adapter remains very hot after brewing, so caution is advised.
