If none of the functions are working, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the tractor hydraulic lever is locked in position for continuous flow. Second, check if the tractor hoses are backwards and reverse them if needed. Lastly, verify that the hydraulic fluid level is sufficient and fill the tractor hydraulic reservoir if it's low.
