What to do if there is a strong smell of gas in the KRATOS 29Y-004 cooking area?

  If you smell a strong gas odor near your KRATOS Griddle, immediately turn off the main gas valve. Do not light any flames or turn on any electrical devices. If necessary, call the fire department and then call for service. Also, check if any pilots are out while the burner knob is on. If so, turn off all burner valves and the main gas valve, wait for the gas to dissipate, and then try relighting the pilots.

Why is my KRATOS 29Y-004 Griddle not lighting?

  If your KRATOS Griddle is not lighting, first, make sure the main gas line is open by checking the valve. Next, verify that the quick disconnect is fully inserted into the female coupling. Also, check that the pilot light is lit, if not, ignite it. If the issue persists, call for service.
