H. Troubleshooting
Failure Manifest
Solutions
BT playback interrupt
and produce a sound,
Lower battery, please charge

Try to move the BT device closer to the product
or change the audio or equipment location

Caution：
1. Keep the product away from rain and damp, in order to avoid
damage.
2. The product should be kept away from fire and high
temperature environment to avoid failure.
3. When the aGLOW is playing music via BT technology, the
music can be interrupted by noise because of the environment,
the source device (such as mobile phones) interference or
software incompatibilities etc… Please adjust the distance
between the music device and the unit, or restart the unit’s
power supply or restart the music device or change to another
music source.
4. When a phone call is answered by BT technology, the call can
be interrupted by noise because of the environment, the source
device (such as mobile phones) interference or software
incompatibilities etc… Please adjust the distance between the
device and the unit, or restart the unit’s power supply or restart
the music device or change to another music source.
5. Do not touch the speaker or the speaker collision with other
objects to avoid damaging to the speakers.
6. The power supply output 5V and current 1A or more.
7. If the aGLOW has not been used for a long time, please make
sure it is fully charged .
8. The product has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, please
do not pollute the environment when discarded. Try to recycling.
9. The aGLOW should be fully charged before taken into use.
