1 APPLICATION
This pressure sprayer is intended for distributing most garden herbicides and fungicides and
sprays to control most pests and diseases on most plants, trees and shrubs.
It is not designed for professional and agricultural use.
When using substances as specified, appropriate personal protective equipment is to be used.
WARNING! For your own safety, read this manual and the general safety
instructions carefully before using the appliance.

3 PACKAGE CONTENT LIST
Remove all packaging materials.
Remove remaining packaging and packing inserts (if included).
Check that the package contents are complete.
Check the appliance and all accessories for transportation damage.
Keep the packing materials as long as possible till the end of the warranty period. Dispose
it into your local waste disposal system afterwards.
WARNING: Packaging materials are not toys! Children must not play with
plastic bags! There is a danger of suffocation!

4 ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BACKPACK SPRAYER
Never open the backpack sprayer or unscrew the sprayer handle when the backpack
sprayer is still pressurised.
Always release the pressure completely before opening the backpack sprayer by pressing
the push button of the sprayer handle.
4.1 Cleaning
After using your backpack sprayer, always release the pressure then empty, carefully
clean and rinse the tank in clean water. Leave the backpack sprayer open and allow it to
dry.
Always clean the backpack sprayer before using a different product to avoid chemical
reactions.

This document describes the KRTGR6812 Backpack Sprayer, a 12-liter pressure sprayer designed for garden use.

Function Description:

The KRTGR6812 is intended for distributing most garden herbicides and fungicides, and for controlling pests and diseases on most plants, trees, and shrubs. It is not designed for professional or agricultural use. When using specified substances, appropriate personal protective equipment must be used.

Usage Features:

Assembly:

  1. Take the pump lever out of the packaging and insert it through the holes in the base of the tank.
  2. Push the locking clip to hold the lever in.
  3. Fix the lever/pump connecting rod onto the top of the pump unit and the base of the pump lever. Use the provided washer and split pin if supplied, or push the lever into the fitting.
  4. Connect the rubber tube to the top of the tank and to the lance body.
  5. Connect the lance body to the lance tube and connect the spray nozzle to the end of the lance tube.

Operation:

  1. Unscrew the tank filling cap, leaving the tank filter in place.
  2. Fill the tank with the correct spray volume for your application, then add the correct amount of water for your dilution.
  3. Screw the tank cap firmly in place.
  4. Shake the tank to ensure the solution is well mixed.
  5. Adjust the straps on the sprayer to an approximate fitting position, then put the sprayer onto your back and adjust the straps again until the tank sits as comfortably as possible.
  6. Pump the handle of the pump lever approximately 6-8 times to pressurize the tank.
  7. Point the nozzles of the lance at the plant to be sprayed and depress the lance lever. The spray will flow onto the plant; ensure the plant is well wet.
  8. Avoid spraying in strong windy conditions to prevent spray drift onto unintended plants.

  • Always read the manual and general safety instructions before use.
  • Never open the backpack sprayer or unscrew the sprayer handle when it is still pressurized.
  • Always release the pressure completely by pressing the push button of the sprayer handle before opening.

Maintenance Features:

Cleaning:

  1. After each use, release the pressure, empty the tank, and carefully clean and rinse it with clean water.
  2. Leave the backpack sprayer open to dry.
  3. Always clean the backpack sprayer thoroughly before using a different product to avoid chemical reactions.
  4. Never use aggressive cleaning agents that contain solvent or petrol to prevent reactions with products.

Post-Use Cleaning Procedure:

  1. Empty any remaining spray from the tank.
  2. Wash out the entire tank at least three times with clean water.
  3. For a fourth time, fill the tank with clean water, pressurize it, and pump the clean water out through the spray line hose, lance, and nozzles. This prevents sludge formation from spray residue and blockage of the spray line.
  4. Store the sprayer in a clean, dry place out of direct sunlight.
