Problems and cause/remedies
1. Cooler fails to work at all
1.1 Cheek that the unit is plugged properly.
1.2 Check the POWER, push “ON”.
2. The cooler does not pump
2.1 Pump is not acvated. Push the PUMP switch to “ON”.
2.2 Water level is low. Fill with water and make sure the pump is acvated.
2.3 Pump may be defecve. Replace the pump.
3.Fan does not operate.
3.1 Check that the unit is plugged properly.
3.2 Check the POWER buon, push “ON”.
3.3 If connected to a GFCI outlet, check if it is tripped.
4. The louver does not operate.
4.1 The louver does not move. Switch on the louver.
5. Water leakage.
5.1 Check the cap of the drain plug. Make sure it is ghtened.
Guarantee
This product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
two years from the date of purchase. Under this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes
to repair or replace any parts to be defecve, providing the product is returned to one of
our authorised service centres. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used
in accordance with the instrucons, and provided that it has not been modied, repaired
or interfered with by any unauthorised person, or damaged through misuse. This guar-
antee naturally does not cover wear and tear, nor breakables such as glass and ceramic
items, bulbs, etc. If the product does not work and it is the reason for returning it and it is
within the guarantee period, please also show the guarantee card and proof of purchase.
