Summary

Initial Setup and Base Leveling

Turntable Base Placement

Place turntable on a solid rack, avoiding resonant materials like granite or glass.

Achieving Level Base

Use adjustable feet and level to ensure base is perfectly flat horizontally and front-to-back.

Core Turntable Assembly

Cleaning and Spacer Installation

Clean turntable parts with Kronos cleaner and insert 4 spacer rings to aid assembly.

Deck and Bearing Well Assembly

Place second deck assembly on spacers and install silver bearing well using socket head screws.

Bearing Lubrication and Ball Placement

Add 8ml of bearing oil and place the bearing ball on the shaft, ensuring it doesn't fall into the well.

Platter and Belt Installation

Deposit balancer platter, then install 3 belts onto motor and pick-up pulleys, avoiding oil contact.

Third Deck and Leg Cap Fitting

Place third deck, slide on leg caps, and tighten screws, ensuring caps are flush.

Upper Bearing Assembly and Ball

Install gold bearing well, add oil, and place bearing ball on the shaft.

Top Platter and Pulley Setup

Deposit top platter, install top pick-up pulley, grease shaft, and reinstall belts.

Tonearm Board and Transport Spacer Removal

Install tonearm board, mount tonearm, and carefully remove white leg spacers.

Final Connections and Operation

Electrical Connections

Level turntable, connect pico cables to motor base and power supply, verify AC voltage.

Speed Calibration and Selection

Power on, calibrate speed by placing fingers on sensors, select 33.3 or 45 RPM.
