You can use tomatoes ins-
tead of the peppers and add
some fresh basil leaves just
before serving.
Goat cheese baguettes
Cut the sweet peppers in two, de-seed them and then cut them into small
pieces. Remove the stones from the olives and cut them into slices. Peel
and slice the onion and the cloves of garlic. Mix the sweet pepper, olives,
onion and garlic.
Grill the slices of baguette on the smooth plate for two minutes then place
them in the trays.
Place a slice of goat’s cheese onto the bread, add the mixture and drizzle
over olive oil. Leave to cook in the raclette for 8 minutes.

Bruschetta with mozzarella
Cut the tomatoes and the mozzarella into very fine slices.
Grill the slices of baguette on the smooth plate for two minutes then place them in the trays.
Place one fine slice of tomato and mozzarella on each slice of bread. Sprinkle each one with the herb(s)
and drizzle over a little olive oil on. Leave to cook in the raclette for 3 minutes.
