Troubleshooting: If the headphones do not turn on when
tapping on the touch control for several seconds, it should
be due to low battery. If there is any connection issue, reset
the headphones as instructed later in this manual.
Usage method
Use the touch control to make use of all the functions of the
device:
To play the previous song,
tap the touch control 4
times.
To play the next song, tap
the touch control 3 times.
How to reset the headphones
To reset the headphones, disconnect them, access your
device’s settings, tap on KSIX ASTRO and then on “Unpair”.
Turn them off, then on and repeat the pairing process.
Charging the headphones
The headphones incorporate a USB-C port. To charge them,
use the charging cable included in the box or any other
compatible cable. Connect the USB-A connector of said
cable to a wall charger or a computer output and connect
the USB-C connector of the cable to the headphones.
When the headphones are charging, the LED indicator will
display a fixed red light. When they are fully charged the LED
indicator will not display any light.
Note: Please, if you use a wall charger to charge the
headphones, make sure that it is a 5V charger.
Troubleshooting: If the headphones LED indicator does
not turn on during the charge, it should be due to a power
supply issue. Please, check if the charging cable is correctly
connected to the headphones. Check both ends of the
cable, as well as the power supply state and the device you
are using to charge, whether it is a wall charger, a
powerbank or a PC port.
