  Excessive lubricant oil consumption in your Kubota Tractor can be attributed to several factors. If the piston ring's gap is facing the same direction, shift the ring gap direction. Other causes include a worn or stuck oil ring, a worn piston ring groove, worn valve stem and valve guide, worn crankshaft and crank pin bearings, or oil leaking due to defective seals or packing. Depending on the cause, you may need to replace the piston, rings, valve components, bearings, or seals.
