1. Unscrew the wheel mounting screw (6) and
remove the washer (5).
2. Reinstall the screw (6) and tap its end with a plastic
hammer to remove the rear wheel assembly (3)
and bearings (2). (4).
3. Unscrew the adjusting center bolt (8), and remove
the rear adjusting lever (9), rear adjusting arm (11)
and washer (10).

(When reassembling)
• NOTE
• Take care not to damage the rubber tire, when
replacing it. Never try to install the rubber tire
with a sharp-edged tool (screwdriver, etc.).
• Check to see that the wheel boss surface flush
with the final shaft end surface.
Checking Bearing
1. Hold the inner race, and push and pull the outer
race in all directions to check for wear and
roughness.
2. Turn the bearing to check rotation.
3. If there is any difect found, replace it.
