Why Kubota Engine does not start?
    • K
      Kimberly OlsonAug 16, 2025
Your Kubota Engine might fail to start due to several reasons. It could be due to no fuel, in which case you should replenish fuel. Other causes include air or water in the fuel system (vent air, replace fuel, and repair/replace the fuel system), a clogged fuel pipe or filter (clean or replace), using the incorrect fuel (use specified fuel), a fuel leak (tighten nut), incorrect injection timing (adjust), or worn/malfunctioning components (replace fuel camshaft, injection nozzle, or injection pump). Seizure of engine components, compression leaks, deficient compression, improper valve alignment, incorrect valve timing, or worn piston rings could also be the reason. Adjust excessive valve clearance.

What to do if Kubota Engine overheated?
    • R
      Robert BlevinsAug 19, 2025
If your Kubota Engine is overheating, consider these potential causes: insufficient engine oil (replenish), overload running (loosen the load), a defective head gasket (replace), incorrect injection timing (adjust), or using unsuitable fuel (use the specified fuel).

What to do if Kubota WSM OC60-E2 Engine has either black or dark gray exhaust gas?
    • K
      Kaitlin WongAug 21, 2025
If your Kubota Engine emits black or dark gray exhaust, it could be due to an overload (lessen load), using low-grade fuel (use the specified fuel), or a clogged fuel or air filter (clean or replace).
  • C
    Cristian BrownAug 25, 2025
What to do if Kubota WSM OC60-E2 has either white or blue exhaust gas?
    • C
      Christopher OlsonAug 26, 2025
If your Kubota Engine is emitting white or blue exhaust gas, it could be due to excessive engine oil (reduce to the specified level), worn or stuck piston rings and liner (replace), incorrect injection timing (adjust), or deficient compression (check top clearance and correct valve recessing).

    scottsydneyAug 27, 2025
Why Kubota Engine revolution is not smooth?
    • S
      sethwilliamsAug 28, 2025
Uneven Kubota Engine operation can stem from a clogged or dirty fuel filter (clean), a clogged air cleaner (clean or replace), a fuel leak (tighten nut), a malfunctioning injection pump (replace), incorrect nozzle injection pressure (repair or adjust), a stuck or clogged injection nozzle (replace), a clogged fuel overflow pipe (clean), or a malfunctioning governor (repair).

Why Kubota Engine has low oil pressure?
    • T
      Tara MezaAug 31, 2025
Low oil pressure in your Kubota Engine can be caused by several factors: insufficient engine oil (replenish), a clogged oil strainer (clean), a relief valve stuck with dirt (clean), a relief valve spring that is weakened or broken (replace), excessive oil clearance of the crankshaft or crank pin bearing (replace), a clogged oil gallery (clean), using different types of oil (use specified type of oil), or a defective oil pump (repair or replace).

    Sarah JonesSep 2, 2025
Why Kubota WSM OC60-E2 has deficient output?
    • J
      James RomanSep 3, 2025
A deficient output in your Kubota Engine could be due to incorrect injection timing (adjust), moving parts showing signs of seizing (repair or replace), deficient nozzle injection (repair nozzle replace), or a compression leak (repair).
  • J
    James PayneSep 5, 2025
Why Kubota Engine has excessive lubricant oil consumption?
    • T
      Thomas SmithSep 5, 2025
Excessive lubricant oil consumption in your Kubota Engine can occur if the piston ring's gaps are facing the same direction (shift ring gap direction), the oil ring is worn or stuck (replace), the piston ring groove is worn (replace piston), the valve stem and guide are worn (replace), or there is an oil leak (repair).
  • L
    Larry TerrellSep 9, 2025
Why Kubota WSM OC60-E2 has fuel mixed into lubricant oil?
    • J
      Jeffrey WilsonSep 9, 2025
If fuel is mixing into the lubricant oil of your Kubota Engine, it could be due to a broken injection pump (replace pump element or pump).
  • D
    daviddudleySep 12, 2025
Why Kubota WSM OC60-E2 Engine has high oil pressure?
    • J
      Joe SantiagoSep 12, 2025
High oil pressure in your Kubota Engine can be attributed to using different types of oil (use the specified type of oil) or a defective relief valve (replace).
