Place Hotpan on hob, fill two-thirds full before starting the cooking process.
Heat food at 3/4 max setting until steam appears; keep lid closed from this point.
Reduce heat to the lowest temperature and allow to cook for 2-5 minutes more.
Remove from stove, place in insulating holder for cooking to finish on its own.
