1. Use and basic operation
The KEA 291 NSTR automatic system is used in emergency power systems.
The function of the output relays and the parameters can be set with a PC.
Because the KEA 291 has the same dimensions and fastenings as its predecessor, replacement is
simple. Ten parameterisable alarm and operating indicators – which can be labelled by easily
replaceable paper strips – as well as four general displays are displayed through LEDs. The pa-
rameterisation can be performed using the serial USB interface with the PARAWIN parameterisation
program.
Important note!
The operation of the automatic system is simple and uncomplicated as it is carried out via the usual
buttons – without menu guidance – as for all previous automatic systems.
