Usage Features
Installation:
The manual details the installation process, starting with laying the machine. This involves removing a plastic accessory from the bottom, taking out the mice-proof plate from the top, gently laying the machine on a soft object, inserting the noise-proof plate into the base, and fastening it with two screws. The washing machine should be placed on a firm and level surface, at least 5cm away from the wall. An adjustable foot allows for leveling the machine to prevent vibration during operation.
Connecting the inlet hose requires selecting the appropriate outlet type, running water through the faucet and hose to clear particles, ensuring a seal washer is seated at the joint, and connecting the inlet hose to both the faucet and the water inlet valve. Users are cautioned not to overtighten connections to avoid valve damage. A leak check is recommended after connection.
For the drain hose, if not pre-connected, users need to press down a fix ring, hitch it over the drain hose, push it to the drain outlet, and clasp the fix ring securely. The machine supports upper drainage, but the drain hose should not be positioned over 0.9m.
Power cord connection emphasizes the importance of a firmly connected grounding wire (yellow and green) to a grounded outlet with a 3A fuse. Users are warned against connecting the earthing to gas pipes, water pipes, telephone cords, or lightning rods, and against using damaged cords.
Control Panel and Programs:
The control panel features buttons for Power On/Off, Program selection, Water Level adjustment, and Start/Pause.

Maintenance Features
Cleaning the Filter in the Inlet Valve:
To prevent clogging, regularly clean the inlet valve filter. This involves taking off the inlet hose, removing the valve filter, cleaning it with a brush, and then reinstalling the filter and connecting the hose.
Cleaning the Filter of the Pump:
If drainage is poor, rotate the drain cover pump to access and clean the drain pump. After cleaning, replace the cover in its original position.
Body Maintenance:
- Clean the surface of the washing machine regularly with a soft cloth.
- After washing starched or bleached laundry, ensure the inner tub is clear of any deposits.
Cleaning the Lint Filter:
- Press and pull upwards to remove the filter.
- Remove the filter from its cover, clean, and rinse thoroughly.
- Reinstall the filter. Replace the filter immediately if damaged.
Troubleshooting:
The manual includes a troubleshooting guide with common malfunctions, indicator lights, possible causes, and solutions.
- Breakdown (No indicator): Check plug connection, switch activation, socket power/fuse, power failure, or voltage.
- Standing drain (E1): Check for blocked or improperly hung drain hose.
- Conflict between tub and cabinet during spinning (E3): Redistribute clothes evenly in the tub.
- Insufficient water supply (E4): Check if the tap is closed, water supply is cut off, or water pressure is too low.
- Abnormal water level sensor (E6): Contact authorized technician.
- Unstoppable inlet or automatic drain (E7): Abnormalities in PCB, inlet valve, or water level sensor. Cut off power, drain, and contact technician.
- Memory chips break down (E9): Chip inaccessible. Turn off the machine.
- Fail to power off or power on (No indicator): PCB is broken. Contact authorized technician.
Other troubleshooting tips include:
- If the machine doesn't produce water during rinsing, it might be spinning out excess water first.
- If the washing process changes from spin to rinse, it's likely balancing unevenly distributed clothes.
- To change programs or water level after operation starts, press "Start/Pause" to reset.
- A spin delay (15-60 seconds) is normal after draining water or selecting the spin process.
