2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2.2. Product usage
Caution: The blades are sharp. Handle with care.
Before using the blender for the first time
• Remove all packaging.
Using the hand blender
• Clean the rod.
• Fit the main body inside the rod, turn and lock until you hear a slight
click. The marks should now be aligned with each other. If this is the
case, the rod is properly locked.
• Place ingredients in the beaker.
• Plug the blender to socket and hold the main body steady. Then
switch the appliance on by pressing the switch button.
• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Blend the ingredients by slowly moving the appliance up and down
and in circles.
• After you have completed blending, release the switch button, then
unplug the appliance from the socket.
Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 60
seconds. Never blend hot oil, fat or meat.
• If your blender gets blocked, rst stop blending and unplug the unit
before clearing.
• After use, unplug the appliance and disassemble it for storage.
• Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

Purpose
• Blending uids e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups,
mixed drinks and shakes.
• Mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
• Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. to make baby food.
