SAVE
e SAVE function allows you to save the current settings of the SP1 to one of the ve
FAVORITES buttons. is includes the current instrument selection, instrument volume,
SPLIT/LAYER/DUAL conguration, EQ settings and FX settings.
Follow these steps to use the SAVE function:
1. Press the SAVE button.
2. Press one of the ve FAVORITES buttons to save the current settings of the SP1 to the
desired FAVORITES button.
LOCAL DEST
e LOCAL DEST button controls the destination of MIDI notes produced by playing the
SP1 keyboard. Pressing the LOCAL DEST button will step through the options, LOCAL +
MIDI, LOCAL, or MIDI. e color of the LOCAL DEST button changes depending on
the current setting.
LOCAL + MIDI: When the LOCAL DEST button is o, MIDI notes will be sent to the
local SP1 sound engine, as well as the MIDI OUT and USB Computer ports.
LOCAL: When the LOCAL DEST button is green, MIDI notes will only be sent to the
local SP1 sound engine.
MIDI: When the LOCAL DEST button is red, MIDI notes will only be sent to the MIDI
OUT and USB Computer ports.
