Quick Setup

Initial Tone and Volume Settings

Set tone controls flat and Master Volume control down before powering on.

Connecting Cables and Bass

Connect instrument, power, footswitch, and speaker cables. Adjust Active/Passive switch.

Powering On and Adjusting Gain

Turn on power, adjust Gain until Signal Indicator lights, then increase Master Volume.

Front Panel Controls

Guitar Input Jack

1/4" input for instruments, accepts bass or other guitars.

Active;Passive Switch

Selects input gain for active or passive bass guitars, reduces gain by 12 dB for active.

Gain Control

Adjusts preamp volume; set too low prevents Signal Indicator from lighting.
