1.- Always turn off and unplug the lamp before cleaning. Wait until the inside is no longer
hot.
2.- Never use any chemical or abrasive products. Do not use a brush or any other type of
utensils which could damage the different parts and surface of the slicer.
3.- Use a damp cloth with detergent to clean the machine and then dry it. Make sure to clean
the machine completely every day.
4.- ATTENTION: Do not put the machine directly into any container with water in it.
This lamp is not waterproof.
