CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE:
Does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should be taken:
a- Do not leave the grinder running unsupervised; the engine overheating may reduce its
operating lifespan and/or generate irreparable damage.
b- Only use original spare parts; the use of parts supplied by other manufacturers may
permanently damage the machine.
CLEANING:
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is not connected.
2.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning.
3.- Remember that the motor unit can not be submerged in water. Clean it with a moist rag,
making sure to dry it after cleaning.
4.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
7.- Once you are finished, unplug the can opener and push the retractor button to collect the
cable.
8.- Machine will stop working when overheat, and work again after about 30mins.
9.- Please turn off the machine and pull out the plug when the machine stops working.
10.- DO NOT leave the knife on the "V" groove, when the machine stops working.
NOTE: Do not use the sharpener in larger series of four minutes. The engine may be
damaged.
Let the engine cooler for 2 minutes on each series of work.
