This document describes the Lacor Slow Juicer, model 69372, a low-revolution appliance designed to extract juice from fruits and vegetables while preserving their nutritional properties.
Function Description
The Lacor Slow Juicer operates on a low-speed pressing system, which is distinct from traditional centrifugal juicers. This method aims to maximize the extraction of nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, flavor, color, and juice from fruits and vegetables. The slow rotation speed, typically 80 rpm, and low power consumption (200 W) contribute to a more efficient and gentle extraction process. The device is designed to handle a wide variety of ingredients, including those with hard peels or large seeds, which might be difficult for other juicers. The extraction process mimics a mortar and pestle, pressing and squeezing the food to release deep nutrients and enzymes. This gentle action minimizes oxidation and separation, resulting in a juice that retains more vitamins and minerals, has a richer color, and a more natural, delicious flavor. It also produces a drier pulp, indicating efficient juice extraction.
The slow juicer is suitable for preparing various types of juices from fruits like apples, pears, nectarines, peaches, kiwi, apricots, oranges, citrus, grapes, pineapples, watermelons, melons, and berries, as well as vegetables such as red pepper, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, cucumber, fennel, spinach, and bitter gourd. It can also be used to prepare ice cream and other food transformations, such as baby food, using specific accessories.

Usage Features
Installation and Assembly
- Unpacking: Open the large box and remove all packing materials and protective covering. Take out all accessories and the instruction manual. Place the device on a hard, flat, and level surface. Clean all parts that will come into contact with food with soapy water and dry them.
- Silicone Plug: Ensure the silicone plug is correctly positioned, closing the hole.
- Juice Container: Position the juice container (10) as shown in the figure.
- Filter Assembly: Assemble the filter (11) ensuring the two triangles align.
- Pressing Block: Introduce the pressing block (12) inside the filter and ensure it is correctly positioned.
- Lid Placement: Place the lid (13) against the juice container such that the triangle (open lock) of the lid aligns with the triangle of the juice container. To close the lid, turn it clockwise until the triangle aligns with the closed lock and you hear a "click."
- Pulp and Juice Outlets: Place the two plastic cups in position, one below the juice outlet hole (9) and the other below the waste outlet hole (7).
- Power Connection: Connect the slow juicer to a properly grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage, dimensions, and configuration.
Operation
- Power On/Off: Plug the unit into a 220-230V/50Hz power socket. Press the ON/OFF switch to turn on the machine and the motor will start to rotate.
- Ingredient Preparation: Ingredients must be cut beforehand, bearing in mind the dimensions of the input hole. Never add ingredients with thick peels or items with stones or large seeds that are difficult to remove. The rotation axis can get stuck and cause an unfixable breakage in the motor.
- Adding Ingredients: Start to add the food through the input hole (14) and use the pusher (15) in the event that it is not sucked into the pressing block.
- Waste Disposal: The waste will be deposited directly into the plastic cup.
- Anti-drip Lid: Open the anti-drip lid so that the juice pours into the plastic cup.
- Changing Cups/Blocking Juice Outlet: To change the cup or block the juice outlet, close the lid by moving it inwards.
- Reverse Function: If any ingredients are blocked, press the ON/OFF switch to "REV" (REVERSE) mode and the motor will start to work backwards to unblock itself.
- Pulp Accumulation: To avoid accumulating pulp in the juice container, it is recommended to fill (with the motor running) the container with hot water. This water will remove the leftover pulp from the filter and the juice container. Remember to have another container other than the one supplied, in order to collect this water.
Ice Cream and Food Processing Function
Use the accessory provided to prepare ice creams and process all types of food. Make all kinds of ice creams with different textures, natural burgers, vegetable pies, etc.
- Adding Ingredients: Add ingredients through the input hole (14) and use the pusher (15) if they are not sucked in by the pressing block.
- Note for Ice Cream: To make ice cream, it is recommended to take the fruit out of the freezer 15 minutes before starting the preparation.
- Note for Ingredients: Ingredients will be pressed but not filtered, so special care must be taken with the food added.
- Processed Food Output: The processed food will come out through the single output hole and will be deposited in the juice cup (3).
- Unblocking: If any ingredients become blocked, press the On/Off switch in "REV" (REVERSE) mode and the motor will start to work in the opposite direction to unblock the content.
Recommendations for Use
- Use fresh fruit and vegetables.
- Remove the seeds and pips from food in order not to alter the final taste of the juice.
- The taste and flavor of the juice will depend on the proportions and ingredients used.
- To improve the flavor of some combinations, add extra juice if necessary.
- Remove the skin from foods that have a hard skin, such as oranges, bananas, etc.
- Remove the stone from foods such as avocados, peaches, nectarines, etc.
