  If your Lagostina Coffee Maker isn't brewing or turning on, first, ensure it's properly plugged into a working outlet and that the screen is flashing. Check if the water tank is empty and refill if needed. In case of a power outage, unplug the machine, plug it back in, and reprogram the clock. Also, the automatic stop feature might have turned off the appliance; turn it off and back on to resume brewing.

Why does my Lagostina Artiste filter basket overflow?

  If the filter basket in your Lagostina Coffee Maker overflows or the coffee flows too slowly, it may need cleaning. Ensure you're using the correct amount of coffee – one measuring spoon or soup spoon of ground coffee per cup is recommended. Check that the ground coffee isn't too fine and that there's no coffee lodged between the paper filter and the filter holder. Make sure the paper filter is opened and placed correctly, and that you haven't used a paper filter with the permanent filter. Also, ensure only one paper filter is in the holder and the filter basket is pushed down completely.
