Turn the machine over again after one minute to bring it back to
its original position.

To check whether the wafes are ready, carefully open the unit
during the cooking and close it again if it is not sufciently cooking.
WARNING: Don’t try to open the unit too soon (risk of cutting
the wafes in half).

Remove the wafes with a knife, inserting it horizontally into the
thickness of the wafes.
*
Grease again but more lightly for the 2
nd
and 3
rd
batches (you
probably won’t have to add more grease after that).
WARNING: during cooking, the fact that the indicator light
is on or off does not mean that the wafes are ready but
simply relates to the thermostat’s regulation.
UPKEEP
*
Warning: make sure that the appliance is unplugged
and has cooled down completely before cleaning it.
*
Never immerse the appliance in water and do not
put it in the dishwasher.
*
Wash the body of the appliance with a moist sponge.
*
Important: never put the plates in the dishwasher.
*
After cooling, remove the plates and let them soak in hot
water. Add some dishwashing liquid if necessary. Scrub with a
dishwashing brush.
*
Dry the plates thoroughly before assembling the unit.
WARNING: do not use metallic sponges or scouring powder.
