Turn the machine over again after one minute to bring it back to
its original position.

To check whether the wafes are ready, carefully open the unit
during the cooking and close it again if it is not sufciently cooking.
WARNING: Don’t try to open the unit too soon (risk of cutting
the wafes in half).

Remove the wafes with a knife, inserting it horizontally into the
thickness of the wafes.

Grease again but more lightly for the 2
nd
and 3
rd
batches (you
probably won’t have to add more grease after that).
WARNING: during cooking, the fact that the indicator light
is on or off does not mean that the wafes are ready but
simply relates to the thermostat’s regulation.

Warning: make sure that the appliance is unplugged
and has cooled down completely before cleaning it.
*
Never immerse the appliance in water and do not
put it in the dishwasher.
*
Wash the body of the appliance with a moist sponge.
*
Important: never put the plates in the dishwasher.
*
After cooling, remove the plates and let them soak in hot
water. Add some dishwashing liquid if necessary. Scrub with a
dishwashing brush.
*
Dry the plates thoroughly before assembling the unit.
WARNING: do not use metallic sponges or scouring powder.
