  If the Lancaster Water Treatment Water Dispenser control valve backwashes at the wrong time of day, it could be due to several reasons. A power outage might have occurred, requiring you to reset the time of day. The time of day or the backwash time might not be set correctly, so you should reset them. Also, the control valve may be set at immediate regeneration or delayed + immediate; check the programming and reset to DELAYED.

  If the display on your Lancaster Water Treatment Water Dispenser doesn't indicate that water is flowing, first ensure the bypass valve is not in the bypass position; turn the bypass handles to place it in the service position. Check that the meter is correctly connected to the meter connection on the PC Board. Inspect the meter for any restrictions or foreign material. Make sure the meter wire is securely installed into the three-pin connector labeled METER. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the meter or the PC Board might be defective and require replacement.
